Cory Hall has served as the President and CEO of Aqua Terra since June 2016. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Trinity Environmental SWD (“ Trinity”), a role he stepped into after selling CJ to Trinity in 2013. Cory founded CJ in 2004 and served as its Chief Executive Officer, Managing Member and a director until its sale to Trinity. At the time of the sale, CJ disposed of more than 48,000 BBW/d at 12 facilities in the Permian and managed a fleet of 85 trucks, including high-pressure pump trucks and hot oilers. Prior to founding CJ, Mr. Hall was a co-founder and Partner of AmericaWest Energy Group and served as an acquisition manager for Packard Energy Group. Mr. Hall holds a B.A. from Texas Tech University and was a member of the University of Texas baseball team from 1993 to 1995.
Mark Gandy – Chief Financial Officer
Mark Gandy joined Aqua Terra in February 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. He has eight years prior CFO experience with STRIKE, LLC (a One Equity Partners portfolio company), Energy Services Holdings, LLC (a Cadent Energy Partners portfolio company) and Sunland Construction, Inc. Before becoming a CFO, Mr. Gandy was an investment banker for Simmons & Company International. Mark has extensive energy experience beginning his career in various positions of increasing responsibility in mergers, acquisitions and principal investing for Koch Industries, Entergy and Enron. Mr. Gandy received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Trinity University and his MBA from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business at Austin.
